Job Description
Our client is one of the biggest Real Estate Developers in Egypt and they're looking for Admin. Assistants (Heliopolis or Sheikh Zayed) with the following roles:
- Responsible for receiving and welcoming interviewees and company guests.
- Responsible for receiving and directing all inbound calls.
- Handle walk in customers.
- Responsible for receiving and sending all business offers over fax.
- Will be involved in secretarial tasks; sending and receiving mail, handling ongoing and outgoing calls, faxes, etc.
Job Requirements
- 1+ year(s) of experience in Administration or Customer Service roles.
- Excellent English language and high presentability
- Excellent Communication skills
