Job Description

  • Organize and supervise the activities and work to ensure that all work within a specific area of the business export section activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy
  • relationships with customers.

  • Supervises the day-to-day operations of business export to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures

  • Analyze and monitor the current global markets and prepare a business plan) to identify and develop new sales opportunities for the export.
  • Develop and drive export sales activity by considering and evaluating potential in International markets.
  • Develop strong relationships and follow up with Existing Customer, distributor base and possible commercial sales relationships.
  • Implement sales and distribution plans to meet customer requirements.
  • Execute marketing efforts and reaching regular sales targets
  • Effectively manage for sales and marketing to develop new sales opportunities for the export
  • Receive all the customers’ inquiries
  • Prepare all the quotations, Pro-Forma invoices for the customers
  • Follow up and analysis with all the customers claims and follow-up till closed
  • Ensure that all activities are monitored and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for an effective implementation of regulatory standards
  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed

Job Requirements

  • Very good Negotiation Skills
  • Ability to open markets for export
  • Fluent in English is a must, Extra language is preferred
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
