Job Description
- Organize and supervise the activities and work to ensure that all work within a specific area of the business export section activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy

- Develop and drive export sales activity by considering and evaluating potential in International markets.
- Develop strong relationships and follow up with Existing Customer, distributor base and possible commercial sales relationships.
- Implement sales and distribution plans to meet customer requirements.
- Execute marketing efforts and reaching regular sales targets
- Effectively manage for sales and marketing to develop new sales opportunities for the export
- Receive all the customers’ inquiries
- Prepare all the quotations, Pro-Forma invoices for the customers
- Follow up and analysis with all the customers claims and follow-up till closed
- Ensure that all activities are monitored and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for an effective implementation of regulatory standards
- Perform other related duties or assignments as directed
Job Requirements
- Very good Negotiation Skills
- Ability to open markets for export
- Fluent in English is a must, Extra language is preferred
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
