We need a Super Hero to work with us at Wasel Egypt for the required position: Community Support Manager
We are seeking a personable, highly-organized Community Support Manager to
- Deal with our passengers and drivers to support our marketing and operations teams on the daily functions.
- Deliver high-quality customer service across multiple support platforms (email, chat, phone, social media channels)
- Deal with other work requirements without restricting to the Job Description.
Job Requirements
We look for someone who is:
- A strong communicator, highly organized and have the ability to interact professionally with internal teams (marketing and operations), external partners (passengers and drivers) and other community engagement events and activities.
- A strategic problem solver, make our service more efficient and successful, always looking for creative solutions, enjoy testing different support strategies, tracking the results, and present these results with different visualizing tools in our repeatable meetings.
- Able to organize meetings schedules, list of contacts, to-do lists, good in making reports and writing official e-mails, and follow-through on tasks
- Flexible.
