Role description
- [Input] Training from company for the first few weeks, which helps trainee to obtain general understanding about your teaching work, intern and culture and helps trainees to adjust to new environment as soon as possible.
- [Teaching] Teaching children around 3-12 years old about English, motivate children to learn actively, stimulate their interests in English. Need to plan class schedules, activities, school events and enhance interaction among coworkers.

- Improve teaching and presentation skills;
- Have a close relationship with children;
- Professional teaching training;
- Explore Chinese culture and understand different cultures;
- First hand knowledge of current Chinese education condition;
