People & Culture (Intern)

The people and Culture function is the new approach for the Human Resources old fashioned trend. The mumm People & Culture (Intern) is a very unique and a challenging position as it requires a multi skilled individual to do the job right. Below are some of the different tasks this role need to execute with excellence;

• Assist in the recruitment cycle by CV screening, phone screening and the on-boarding process
• Support in setting and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Getting exposed to our Values, mission and vision which contributed to creating our competency framework
• Assist in all mumm People & Culture initiatives driving the business to success
• Act as the HR business partner for other interns.
