Job Description

  • Search for new customers and maximize client potential in educational institutions (mainly schools).
  • Provide elegant presentations for Schools’ owners, managers and IT representatives.
  • Indoor and outdoor marketing for a complete school management system (LMS, SIS and ERB) that contains a website and multiple mobile apps.
  • Gather leads for national and international private schools.
  • Analyze leads and generate opportunities by suggesting specific plans to seize each of the prospects.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
  • Provide pre-sales assistance and product training.
  • Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required.
  • Arrange and carry out product training.
  • Analyze costs and sales.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for head office and keep customer leads.
  • Meet sales targets.
  • Improve himself/herself by attending events and online courses related to marketing and sales skills (provided for free by TiTrias if required for the job).
  • Make various technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets each client needs.
  • Basic software technical knowledge to communicate with technical experts.
  • Provide training and produce support material for other members of the sales team.
  • Prepare creative sales plans.
  • Creative plans to reach and convince various Egyptian Schools.

Job Requirements

  • Very strong ability to convert leads to prospects and opportunities.
  • Business to Business (B2B) marketing.
  • Indoor and Outdoor marketing experience [Emails. cold calling and door-to-door].
  • Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English [most of the presentations are made in English].
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Good business sense.
  • Team working capability.
  • The ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Resilience and tenacity.
  • Independence and self-reliance.
  • Market planning.
  • Front-End basic knowledge for websites / Mobile applications is a plus.
