We’re looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, highly motivated LEADER to join our team.
This position requires experienced Operations Leader that has a nothing-is-impossible attitude with strong people skills and ability to develop a strong team. In addition to driving improvements to our processes, you will work with the management and operations team on the day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities
- You will be the mission-critical leader in Bosta, working closely with the COO to plan and deliver high impact results
- Lead the Dispatching, Warehousing, and Delivery teams in the day-to-day work
- Plan, organize and manage the operational team to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with our goals and directives
- Strategic planning and forecasting; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; resolve problems, and address staffing needs.
- Address operational issues that need to be corrected as well as recognizing good performance.
- Mentor, train and develop teammates for career progression and learning
Job Requirements
- High Entrepreneurial skills
- Leader: need to be that person who can take the first step, inspire a room full of people to surpass themselves, and build a loyal community
- 3+ supervisory or management experience
- 4+ years operations experience
- Passion for Analytics. Great analytical thinker with deep data analysis to help design solutions and optimize fleet utilization.
- Hunger to get things done. Super strong project management skills, with a focus on proactively finding practical solutions to problems
- Ability to work under extreme pressure
- Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills (particularly Excel)
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Accountability for meeting and exceeding operational goals.
- Lean and Six Sigma Certification preferred
