Job Description

Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.

Maintain the financial health of the organization.
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans

Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

Providing business support through budgeting, forecasting, and models to the operational teams within the company
Ownership over building out the finance function, including implementation of systems, processes, and controls
Bookkeeping, payments, payroll, VAT, administration tasks
Establishing and maintaining a strong internal control environment over the company's accounting, financial and regulatory procedures
Ownership of day to day financial accounting, reporting and control (daily client money calculations, balance sheet reconciliations, liquidity monitoring, etc)
Preparation of monthly management and financial accounts
Providing financial support and analysis to all parts of the business to support data-driven decision-making
Acting as the main point of contact for the firm's external and internal auditors for both statutory and regulatory audit purposes
Improving efficiency and effectiveness of finance activities and reporting through automation and detailed analytics

Job Requirements

Minimum15years experience at the same position preferred in Real Estate Investment & Contracting.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
Excellent dealing with advanced ERP program.
Professional qualification such as CPA is an Asset.

Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Very Good English Language

Excellent knowledge of financial reporting standards
Financial analysis & modeling skills. This role requires a hands on approach and the individual must be comfortable in rolling up her/his sleeves and diving in.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or related field.
