Job Description

  • Coordinate, schedule and organize recruitment interviews and manage selection process
  • Provide on boarding orientation sessions to new hires
  • Ensure that the induction program continues to be one of the best in the industry
  • Ensure that the recruitment process is managed as effectively and efficiently as possible
  • Checking and signing off offers and contracts
  • Carry out exit interviews and exit surveys for employees leaving the company
  • Receive all company files, documents and electronic devices from exit employees
  • Interpreting and advising on employment law
  • Identify training and development opportunities
  • Organize training sessions, workshops and activities
  • Maintain HR records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
  • Monitor leave balances and coordinate actions to ensure the absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of services

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. in relevant field
  • Deep familiarity with HR Practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Acute attention to detail and accuracy
