Job Description and Activities
We want to hire the best SDR (Sales Development Representative) who is the person to be in charge for prospecting new leads. This means using different tools to go through resources (Linkedin, Twitter, Databases, Tradeshows, Google, Google adwords, Facebook, Personal Contacts, Door-by-Door, a lot of phone calls, etc) in order to find Hospitals or Clinics matching our target audience. In other words, your main activity is looking and prospecting for quality leads.
Additionally, the main metric for how SDR’s are doing is the number of Qualified Leads they generate, so you should take this as yours.

- You should know how to write cold emails and make cold calls (you will be writing a lot of introduction emails and follow ups to prospects) — If you don’t know anything about how to write good cold emails you should learn ASAP
- Experience in Healthcare sector is a plus.
- Experience in Gulf market (especially Saudi Arabia) is a plus.
- We are not expecting a tech savvy person, but you should be familiar with CRMs and Marketing Automation, using Slack, Asana, Trello or other similar tools
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team
- Fluent English

- MKT automation knowledge
