Job Description

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
  • Execute Sales plan, Client visits, & operation follow up.
  • Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure proper follow up on closing sales calls.
  • Building a highly effective sales Team.
  • Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.
  • Provide top-line industry leadership and management of all travel sales activities, including: participation in annual budget creation and management; researching and fully developing market segment targets; development and execution of sales campaigns, and industry interaction.
  • Primary external responsibility is the promotion of Le Concierge travel services.
  • Maintains positive and cooperative relationships with area hotels and attraction general managers, working closely with hotel GMs/Directors of Sales and other members of the city’s hospitality industry on coordinated sales efforts.
  • Contacts prospective user groups and individuals to initiate sales efforts.
  • Ensures that sales efforts are progressing and meeting goals, targets, etc.
  • Attends and participates in trade shows, industry meetings, sales efforts, bid presentations, and sales calls to promote Le Concierge services.

Job Requirements

  • Experience of at least 5 years within a travel company
  • Possess good communication skills both written and spoken.
  • Ability to interact with people from different countries, positions within a client organization.
  • Ability to project and recognize potential problems and implement corrective action.
  • Ability to work independently, exercising good judgment, and initiative.
  • IATA or Airlines Standard Fares and Ticketing course
  • Knowledge of any GDS system (Galileo, Amadeus)
  • Knowledge of world geography and travel products and visa restrictions
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal, telephone and customer service skills • Fluent in English, friendly and customer focused.
