Job Description
The mumm Operation Executive is a very unique and challenging position as it requires multi skilled individual to do the job right. You shall be responsible for;
- Support customers and answer all their inquiries through phone calls or webchat
- Getting in touch with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Dispatch orders to the appropriate delivery personnel
- Maintain mumm's SLAs in terms of service levels, food standards, delivery time
- Execute the appropriate compensation action in case of SLAs breach
