Job Description
- Responsible for managing that account and maintaining an excellent client relationship. The account manager will establish budgets with the client, ensure timely deliverable, write creative briefs and approve payments to and from the client.
- The account manager will also be in charge of contracts and contract renewals, quality control on the account, and actively pursue new opportunities with the client.
- They are the go-to person on that brand.
- The account manager will report directly to sales director, providing input on all account activity
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
