Job Description
- Responsible for the Human Resources Department restructuring from A to Z.
- Manages and restructures the Training and Development section.
- Responsible for the company's monthly payroll.
- Supervises the weekly update of the staff database report.
- Will be responsible for setting up a Social and Medical Insurance system.
- Re-innovates the staff job descriptions, cycles, manuals and internal policy.
- Establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
- Managing staff adherence and performance and take the actions based upon it.
- Handling all the employees' documentations and ensure all are updated in the database.
- Sending job offers to newly hires.
- Maintains the quality of the company by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training the best applicants.
- Handling attendance and payslips of the employees.
- Explaining company's policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 Years of experience within the same field.
- Experience in the same industry is preferable.
- HR Diploma preferable.
- Ability to move through branches whenever is needed.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Solid Problem-solving, leadership skills and decisions maker.
- MS Office professioncy.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
