Job Description
- Collection of all payments from clients (cash or checks) and issuance of payment receipts and checks schedules; Deposit of all proceeds (cash and checks) on the company’s bank accounts on daily basis and managing the relations with bank officer
- Assists with preparing annual financial records, including meeting deadlines and ensuring all financial practices and records comply with accepted accounting standards
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist with other accounting projects
Job Requirements
- Male
- Bachelor of Commerce - Accounting major
- 1-3 Experience
- Good command of English
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure
