- Monitory Company’s ERP SYSTEM including assessment, troubleshooting and updating the systems.
- Provide technical support to employees and ensure systems are running efficiently.
- Anticipate and report cost of repair and/or update IT hardware and applying A maintenance system to IT software and hardware.
- Perform full data backups.
- install and configure wireless network equipments.
- Monitor servers performance .
- Manage, follow up and assist in implementation and Support of new Systems.
- SAP experience is a plus
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English.
- Management and leadership skills.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet and exceed targets.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
- Strong organizational skills
- Professional usage/implementation of SAP is a plus.
