Bosta is a high growth technology company on a mission to improve logistics in emerging markets. We are now seeking a Supply Lead who will be able to cope with the fast-moving environment of a startup.
About the job
As a Supply Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Collecting statistics about the supply needs, and designing the supply growth
- Analyzing Stars need to help the product team improve the Stars experience
- Coordinating with the other Leads and help planning anything Stars-related
- Leading the Stars day-to-day (Stars are our delivery partners)
- Handling day-to-day issues related to the Stars
- Supervising all Stars-support channels
Job Requirements
- A leader.
- Bachelor degree in Logistics or a similar field.
- Past experience in supply, business operations, or analytics.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A quick mover who takes ownership and responsibility.
- English language fluency is a benefit.
- Skills with use of Microsoft Office Suite, such as Word and Excel
- Passionate about working in a fast-paced, high growth environment
