Job Description
- Issuing and re-issuing of tickets.
- Supervise all front desk activity to optimize all guest interactions into potential sales outcome
- Ensure reservations and ticketing policies and procedures are correctly implemented
- Deliver customer service to exceed guest expectations.
- Assign duties and responsibilities and schedule ticketing staff.
- Provide coaching to ensure high quality service levels achieved and all policies and procedures correctly applied.
- Sales reporting
- Processing of refunds
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in ticketing
- Diploma in Reservation and ticketing from Amadeus / Galelio systems
- Used to handling various ticketing applications
- Excellent experience in ticketing & booking options
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent or very good English spoken & written
- Proficiency in MS Office & internet
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team leader skills
- High organizational skills.
