Job Description

Summary:

  • A leading company in the Tableware trade in Egypt needs to hire Sales Account Executive for its Branches (6th of October - Sheraton - Mohandeseen ) who will be able to serve customers by selling products and meeting customers needs and department sales' target; the Sales Account Executive actively seek out and engage customer prospects and provide appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain solid product Knowledge to respond to customers' inquiries and explain products' features to address their needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and establish new accounts by organizing and planning daily work schedule to build on existing or potential sales deals.
  • Monitor information as to the sales volume, customers behavior analysis to identify potential sales deals.
  • Monitor information as to the frequency of customers' order on monthly basis, as well as, the dormant accounts order to plan to contact them to inform them of new products of potential interest.
  • Present professionally the products to the customers and offer alternative products (in case of scarcity of product or unavailable quantity as per customer need) in a manner alluring and satisfactory to customers to increase customer satisfaction and close sales deals.
  • Represent and conduct meetings with clients and maintain etiquette and ethics to ensure proper presentation of the company.
  • Study the different types of customers to adjust content of sales presentations accordingly.
  • Provide alternative solutions to customers whenever presentations lack products that address their needs to make sure they remain interested in buying products.
  • Carry out sales orders thoroughly to successfully complete the sales deals.
  • Follow up with the warehouse dispatch and delivery of sales order to the customer.
  • Follow up closely on customers' liabilities and perform collection on regular basis.
  • Maintain contact with customers after sales to ensure high level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Maintain contract with dormant customers to create rapport and ensure they are aware of products that could be of potential interest.
  • Investigate problems; prepare reports; develop solutions, and make recommendations to management in order to resolve customers complaints or requests of discount.
  • Provide the Sales Manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
  • Generate a report on estimated volume of products per category needed as a result of sales to evaluate and monitor progress of objectives.
  • Email customers to inform them of new available products of potential interests.
  • Gather current marketplace information on newly introduced products, pricing, and merchandising techniques in order to monitor competition.
