Job Description
- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Prepare cash flow (incoming and outgoing).
- Checks invoices for all types of materials purchased and inform management of irregularities he/she identifies.
- Collect, analyze and summarize account information
- Checks expense invoices and enters them into the payment table.
- Preparation monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Statements.
- Handles the accounting records for banking transactions.
- Ensures that accounting records are filed and archived.
- Prepares the balance sheet and income statement at the end of the year to report Accounting and Finance Manager
- Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in accounting, business administration finance or equivalent.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Some exposure to public accounting is a plus (audit or tax).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
