Job Description
- Securing the working environment for all factories and departments.
- Prevent any leaks of chemicals in factories and departments.
- Provide regular maintenance on fire hoses and water cannons for the factory.
- Follow-up of the safety officers in passing fire extinguishers almost daily.
- Expand the factory streets by removing any drums or raw materials from the streets.
- Check the electrical connections inside the factories.
- Conduct a daily inspection of the working environment and measure the percentage of gases, steam and soil.
- Check and follow the loading of Tank cars.
- Do not place the complete product on broken pallets.
- Ensure that the drums are sealed on storage pallets.
- Check the strength of the drums when stacking them on the stands.
- Make sure there are no cutters in raw material shakers.
- Ensure that there are no leaks in raw materials.
- Make sure there are no leaks of water in the buildings.
- Ensure that all emergency doors are opened.
- Make sure there are no cracks in the buildings.
- Inject special gases if necessary at high temperatures.
- Cooling tanks through the cooling network at high temperatures.
- Follow up the members of the industrial security in the welds and through the factories on a daily basis.
- Follow-up warning plates in all factories.
- Follow up people and ensure their work in a secure manner to prevent any accidents.
- Ensure lighting in all departments and factories.
- Noise prevention throughout factory.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- OSHA Certificate is a must.
- Very Good English language
- Time managements and attention to details.
- Ability to define problems, collect data and establishes facts.
- Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office).
- Leadership skills.
- Analytical Skills and maintain high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication & Presentation skills.
- Ability to working in groups and under pressure.
