Job Description
- To action all outbound leads by contacting customers across a variety of channels generating the revenue target.
- Consistently achieve personal sales & telephony targets.
- Ensure bookings have maximised revenue by adding appropriate additional products and upgrades
- Creating and maintaining personal sales pipeline to retarget potential guests.
- Work directly with guests via telephone to promote our brand in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase a holiday.
- Record outbound call history and customer response in detail.
- Handle customer needs and requirements
- Follow up on initial contacts
Job Requirements
- Speaking fluent English is a must
- Fluent Italian, French and German speakers are welcome
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Your commitment is a must.
- High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
- Our company is very strict about formal dress codes and working hours.
- Smoking is not allowed on sales floor.
- Trading floor is monitored by cameras.
