Job Description
- Responsible for mentoring / coaching the assigned team.
- Responsible for QA/QC of the work presented by his/her team.
- Responsible for negotiating &; closing deals with the clients.
- Responsible for sending the proposals to the clients (60 Proposals/week)
- Responsible for sending out the welcome Emails.
- Assign/Delegate the project to engineering department for execution.
- Ask the client to fill Customer Satisfaction Form.
- Finalize legal contracts to be signed by the client & CEO.
- Provides 100 leads per week to telesales
- Responsible for achieving his team’s target of $30,000/month from outgoing sources.
- Responsible for delivering daily and weekly reports to the management.
