Job Description

  • Handle all secretarial and administrative work including filing, sending and receiving mails and faxes and taking notes.
  • Respond to daily inquires and correspondence of different departments.
  • Ensure the completeness of the department filing.
  • Purchase the stationary needed for the company.
  • Follow up on the company’s facilities maintenance and contact service providers.
  • Prepare and/or edits internal and external letters, faxes, memos and mass emails for the department.
  • Translate the documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.
  • Prepare agendas and other information for meetings and conferences.
  • Attend meetings and prepares minutes and summaries of actions taken.
  • Performs any other related tasks when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
  • Preferred English section from any related faculty
  • Age from 24 to 27 years
  • Experience from 2-3 years
  • Very good English (fluent).
  • Very good excel .
  • Preferred Heliopolis & Nasr city residents
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Organized
