Job Description
- Handle all secretarial and administrative work including filing, sending and receiving mails and faxes and taking notes.
- Respond to daily inquires and correspondence of different departments.
- Ensure the completeness of the department filing.
- Purchase the stationary needed for the company.
- Follow up on the company’s facilities maintenance and contact service providers.
- Prepare and/or edits internal and external letters, faxes, memos and mass emails for the department.
- Translate the documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.
- Prepare agendas and other information for meetings and conferences.
- Attend meetings and prepares minutes and summaries of actions taken.
- Performs any other related tasks when needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
- Preferred English section from any related faculty
- Age from 24 to 27 years
- Experience from 2-3 years
- Very good English (fluent).
- Very good excel .
- Preferred Heliopolis & Nasr city residents
- Very good communication skills.
- Organized
