Job Description

Job Scope:

  • We're looking for Sales Manager in Egypt to set short and long-term sales and customer relationships targets that are aligned with the unit’s overall sales targets and lead the sales process and team to achieve the sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develops KONE’s position and customer base in the market
  • Ensures development of customer relationships, profitability, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.
  • Leads the sales process ensuring results (orders, contracts, profitability and market price development)
  • Sets sales targets according to market potential and guidelines
  • Executes and advises pricing guidelines for the area
  • Approves tenders and orders above sales person limits
  • Leads and coaches the sales team and manages their performance
  • Ensures adequate resources to achieve the short and long-term targets

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of sales experience with at least 5 years in a management position in the same or similar industry
  • Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Prior knowledge of the elevator/escalator industry is highly preferred
  • Proven sales track record in a corporate environment
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Excellent English language skills
