Job Description
- Managing multiple social media platforms "Facebook, Twitter & Instagram"
- Creating weekly content calendar for multiple social media platforms
- Measuring and optimizing content based on analytics
- Filling out weekly and monthly reports based on existing campaigns and overall community growth
- Community management - answering questions multiple social media platforms and solving customers' issues
- Collaborating with other departments to manage company reputation and coordinate promotions
Job Requirements
- Good marketing understanding
- Solid social media understanding
- Excellent command of English & Arabic, both written and spoken
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Excellent writing and communication skills
