Job Description

  • Responsible for leading and developing and coaching the sales organization pro actively , to exceed the sales target through high performance in order to ensure high levels of customers satisfactions
  • Creates, plans and implements sales strategy, and strategic sales and business developments initiatives for assigned areas, to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for products, systems and/or services in profitable way and to achieve sales targets in respect of both budgets and sales efficiency
  • Establishes sales target and ensure sales achievement through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvements plans as needed
  • Identify opportunities at existing and potential new customers within defined geographical area and determines plans for acquisition and allocates resources.
  • Coordinates the flow of information for sales activities and transactions including leads, billings, orders, contracts etc. and evaluates data to ensure achievements of goals.
  • Supports the development of strong relationships with key customers and builds and maintain strong relationship with key decision makers
  • Ensure achievement of sales volume and product mix targets by setting appropriate price and margin for sales.
  • Takes ownership of the sales processes and all relevant training and development plans, action and programs.
  • Develop the local and export market in the electrical distribution industry
  • Approve Eliaco name in the vendor list of all contractors and consultants in the local market.

Job Requirements

  • Full knowledge of ABB product portfolio in the low and medium voltage in addition to the similar products of other manufacturers in the local market.
  • Wide experience in the electrical power distribution industries.
  • Strong communication / references with the key consultants and contractors in the local market.
  • Have the following competencies: Results orientations, strategic orientation , team work and collaboration , people development, personal leadership and customer and marker orientation
  • High level of communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English language French will be preferable.
  • MBA in sales and marketing will be preferable.
