Job Description
- Managing the design process through different project stages to ensure compliance of project designs with times, cost and quality requirements for the project.
- Controlling the design process and different consultants through the pre-concept, concept scheme and detailed design stages including full design for the assigned projects by the collaboration of all concerned parties.
- Collaborating coordination meeting with consultants for multidisciplinary design aspects and avoid design errors.
- Presenting the general approach to the layout, design, and construction, and control consultants deliverables as necessary to obtain required statutory approvals.
- Preparing design briefs .technical aspects for requests for proposals (RFP’S) studies of users requirements, technical aspects, site conditions, planning, design, and building in use.As necessary, and give appraisals and recommendations for the assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Architecture Engineering, ACCUMULATIVE GRADE MUST NOT LESS THAN "GOOD"
- Experience from 10 years with at least 3 years in Development Design Position.
- Knowledge of engineering, construction, and design.
