Job Description
- Responsible for managing the steward department through the provision of leadership, supervision, training and control.
- He maintains hotel standards and high levels of sanitation as per P&Ps.
- He supervises, organizes and controls the work of all stewards and employees (Approx. 50) reporting to him.
- Liaise with the Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef and F&B Outlet Managers in order to ensure and optimize cleanliness and hygiene standards through out the F&B Department.
- He keeps par stock levels and controls all F&B equipment either in operation or stores.
Job Requirements
- Experience for more than 15 years in stewarding department
- High school minimum for Educational level
- Good command in English - Speaking, Reading, Written
- Good Computer Skills
