Job Description
- This position is responsible for directing all operations cycle and managers including (Production Manager - Engineering Manager - Projects Manager - Maintenance Manager - Warehouse Manager).
- Developing all operations systems.
- Reporting to the CEO.
- Managing Customers Relationships.
- Following up day-to-day operations to meet customers’ orders.
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Planning and controlling change.
- Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure.
- Perform cost analysis simulation data that aims at improving production and reducing risk contributing to the overall project success.
- Taking needed action to overcome any sudden and unexpected challenges in projects.
- Analyzes daily production rates and monitors any drop in productivity, with assessment and solving of cause if drop.
- Leads Maintenance team on a daily basis.
- Managing strategic relationships with projects different consultants.
- Create suitable working environment for all.
- Coordinate with the departments concerned to secure raw materials.
- Follow-up evaluation of workers performance and their achievements and raise the level of their knowledge and develop their abilities.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (MBA in Management would be an added value).
- 15- 20 years of experience in steel sheets industry.
- Typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.
- Fluent in Arabic & English speaking, reading and writing.
- Gulf experience is mandatory.
- Holds a PMP certificate.
- Strong people management skills.
