Art Director

Main Job Duties

• Directing the creative efforts of design function including all members of design teams.

• Collaborate with other managers and functions within the organization to deliver a superior and high quality design services.

• Responsible for all creative artwork / designs delivered from his function
• Monitor and overlook the work of design teams managers

• Manage the delivery of the design to the client as desired on time
• Coordinate and create policy and procedure with other company departments to decrease cost and improve quality and productivity of design operations.

• Maintain the integrity of a company's brand and values

• Identifying and solving design teams major problems and issues
• Communicate with other department heads to discuss client requirements and
