Job Description
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
- Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries telephonic-ally
- Initiate Customer Complain request on the system
- Process orders, forms and applications
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Complete call logs
- Produce call reports
- Handling tasks with the recruitment department
Job Requirements
- Should have at least 1-3 years of experience in any related admin work.
- Any bachelor degree.
- Females only.
- Very good command of English language and Microsoft office.
- Presentable and high level of communication skills.
- Multi-task person.
