Job Description

  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
  • Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries telephonic-ally
  • Initiate Customer Complain request on the system
  • Process orders, forms and applications
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Complete call logs
  • Produce call reports
  • Handling tasks with the recruitment department

Job Requirements

  • Should have at least 1-3 years of experience in any related admin work.
  • Any bachelor degree.
  • Females only.
  • Very good command of English language and Microsoft office.
  • Presentable and high level of communication skills.
  • Multi-task person.
