Job Responsibilities
- Regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring into the Marketing and Brand Management, to help them evolve their strategies to fit the Market needs.
- Work on the website updates and write-ups along with the intranet content
- Follow up with the advertising agencies for the marketing materials design, production, and execution.
- Working with the Marketing Manager in the implementation of the Marketing plans for all brands and all markets in which our company is operating.
- Implement the social media strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the Company to ensure its effectiveness and encouraging adoption of relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture and for all our brands.
- Analyze & present to the management all the campaigns’ & activations’ effect & achievements
- Propose new promotion plans and discuss it with the brand management.
- Communicate with all the brands aboard to propose/discuss any marketing activity.
- Design & develop collateral materials, artworks, visuals…etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass communication, Marketing or any related field.
- 1-3 years’ of experience in the same field.
- Fluent English (written & verbal)
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sense of initiative, creative problem solving, flexibility
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently and has to have good people skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe creative, InDesign, illustrator
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
