Job Description
Pre -Sale Engineer is responsible for developing response strategy, providing creative, innovative, and optimizing solutions to our customers and participating in opportunity assessment, qualification, competitive positioning and pricing.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide creative, innovative, and optimum solutions to our customers.
- Manage/participate in creation of technical proposals.
- Manage/participate in creation of sales/technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations.
- Identify the scope of the demonstration with sales team and follow demonstration progress.
- Align the solution details with the sales team to ensure proper solution deployment that fulfills customer requirements.
- Tender management, with abilities to perform thorough tender analysis and ensure that proposals are responsive to tender requirements.
- Identify and define technology solutions, prepare statements of work, Technical Proposals, Visio diagrams, and presentation documentation to articulate solutions.
- Carryout necessary interdepartmental communications to collect all needed information.
- Develop and grow long-term relationships with customers & vendors.
- Assist and oversee the development of the graphic theme/samples for applications Screens (which will be used in the proposals or presentations as conceptual screens not the final ones) with the multimedia team to ensure communication of themes effectively.
- Develop/Manage write-up for success stories and case studies.
- Enhance product knowledge, follow product updates and new features, and transfer knowledge to account managers, post-sales team, and customers.
- Explore market trends and new technologies.
- Build documents (partnership letter, LoIs, NDAs, Bill-of-Materials, Solution white papers, Competitive Analysis, Design Documents).
- Act as the technical expert on the project and resolves any issues if raised.
- Maintain company processes, with a focus on bidding processes.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Section.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of Experience in the same field.
Other Requirements:
- Good Knowledge of Software Engineering
- Organized approach and quick adapting ability for new technologies.
- RFP/ Proposal writing, Case studies/success stories writing, and conducting presentation.
- Strong intern research skills.
- Good knowledge in content management and portal concepts.
- Able to establish immediate Trust & confidence with clients.
- Fast learning, Active, flexible & Adaptable to any new environment.
- Persistent, patient, and sensitive to client’s needs and apprehensions.
