Job Description

  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Managing databases
  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • Implement HR policies, practices, and procedures, and ensure compliance with legal laws and/or regulations as regards recruitment.
  • Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files, and other employee information.
  • Monitor daily attendance and punctuality of employees, investigate causes for staff absences and recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor 's Degree.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Expert level is written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Females are Preferable
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, work under pressure.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook E-Mail).
  • Lives nearby Smouha.
  • Good command of English language
