Job Description
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Managing databases
- Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
- Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
- Implement HR policies, practices, and procedures, and ensure compliance with legal laws and/or regulations as regards recruitment.
- Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files, and other employee information.
- Monitor daily attendance and punctuality of employees, investigate causes for staff absences and recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor 's Degree.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Expert level is written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Females are Preferable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, work under pressure.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook E-Mail).
