Job Description
- Welcoming customers to Porsche Centre according to Porsche standards either on the telephone or in person.
- Recording customers concerns and passing them on the correct contact person.
- Ensuring that customers are called back and that follow up contact are made.
- Taking care of the customers who are waiting.
- Organizing the filing system, using all Porsche systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- IGCSE
- At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist or Customer service
- Background Hotels & Tourism is highly preferable
- Presentable
- Excellent English
- V. Good Computer skills
- Working location : Capital Business park , Elsheikh zayed
