Job Description
- Achieving the sales target of the team in a way that doesn't contradict with company's sales policy
- Dissemination the company's strategy and the updates to achieve the sales target of the team and following up on their execution effectively
- Setting sales tactics with following up on their execution and evaluating them effectively
- Following up on the sales & stocks of the distribution companies & evaluating the performance and taking the required corrective actions
- Setting and executing the coaching plans of each member of the team work regularly based on the requirements of the work team.
- Participating in the selection and nomination of the work team members in accordance with the hiring team
- Arranging for Doctors' group meetings & seminars according to an approved business plan
- Monitoring the expenses of the team and introducing them to the direct manager to get the required approval according to company's policy
- Classifying and updating the data base of the customers (doctors and pharmacists) of the team according to company's policy.
Job Requirements
- At least one year of managerial experience in a reputable company
- Vet or Pharmacy graduates
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Excellent command of English
- Proven track of success & achievement
- Good relation with Health Professionals
- Maximum age is 35
