Job Description

  • Set individual sales targets with sales team (Online / Indoor / Outdoor)
  • Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople
  • Oversee the achievement of the sales in different channels and branches.
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales / Customer Service teams.
  • Ability to handle vigorous sales activities to utilize big number of lost leads generated from previous sales / and missed sales.
  • Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
  • Develop sales team incentive plan.
  • Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
  • Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
  • Evaluate performance of sales staff
  • Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
  • Plan and direct sales team training
  • Develop online sales platforms
  • Investigate lost sales and customer accounts
  • Track, collate and interpret sales figures
  • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
  • Generate timely sales reports
  • Develop pricing schedules and rates

Job Requirements

  • Preferred experience retail business of fashion.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales Supervisor or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
