Job Description
- Set individual sales targets with sales team (Online / Indoor / Outdoor)
- Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople
- Oversee the achievement of the sales in different channels and branches.
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales / Customer Service teams.
- Ability to handle vigorous sales activities to utilize big number of lost leads generated from previous sales / and missed sales.
- Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
- Develop sales team incentive plan.
- Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
- Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
- Evaluate performance of sales staff
- Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
- Plan and direct sales team training
- Develop online sales platforms
- Investigate lost sales and customer accounts
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
- Generate timely sales reports
- Develop pricing schedules and rates
Job Requirements
- Preferred experience retail business of fashion.
- Successful previous experience as a sales Supervisor or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
