Job Description
- Promote Majorel’s identity internally & externally to increase brand awareness.
- Ensure brand consistency.
- Manage and enhance a Majorel's brand/reputation in the public's eye.
- Promote & Communicate the new digital services in different Marketing literature & collaterals
- Bring insights into the scope of different digital trends and future scope
- Plan, execute & Lead the implementation of the Marketing initiatives on behalf of Clients; by briefing 3rd party agencies - design, advertising, and production services while supervising the entire process and delivering results that exceed clients’ expectation
- Organize business-to-business interaction events.
- Incorporate images and text into everything from company logos to promotional materials and more.
- Design brochures, flyers, signs, social media posts, advertisements, and other communication materials
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related major OR Both in-house & Digital advertising agency experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in Offline & Online Marketing
- Excellent in storytelling and visualizing images, diagrams, Texts, or animations to communicate a message
- A start-up mentality, high sense of urgency as well as ability / interest in wearing multiple hats*
- Highly collaborative approach and demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe creative software tools
