Job Description

A team leader responsible for managing a group of people and will spend time delegating tasks, negotiating workloads, assessing performance and reporting on developments and filling gaps.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, Setting clear team goals
  • Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team.
  • Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable. Set continuous improvement goals.
  • Coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives.
  • Administrative duties and record-keeping.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus

Needed Skills:

  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills

HR Skills :

  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and
    employees.
  • Experience with recruiting, technical recruiting a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career (if needed).
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
