Job Description
Our client a multinational leader in the medical care industry is looking for a human resources and admin assistant for their office in Cairo,
General
- Assisting with all aspects of administrative tasks including purchasing
- Coordinating between departments in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
- Preparing business correspondence using word, excel and PowerPoint presentations
- Preparing meeting minutes, meeting notes and internal support materials.
- Coordinating with other departments, customers or clients
- Managing the filing systems within the department
- Maintaining client service standards
- Contributing to team effort
Human Resources
- Supporting Regional HR in Administration
- Ensuring that effective and confidential record-keeping and data management systems are implemented in relation to:
- Personal files
- Performance review and development
- Training and development;
- Ensuring systems for the recording and management of work attendance, leave, and other staff entitlements are implemented and maintained;
- Assist in the preparation of reports, policies, procedures, guidelines by drafting associated policy and procedure documents
- SAP Administration
- Maintaining controlled quality documents
- Maintaining Databases
- Preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required
- Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role
Job Requirements
- Administration related degree or diploma
- 3 – 4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Computer literacy with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good typing skills
- English - written and spoken
- Arabic – Written and spoken
- MS-Office,
- SAP - desirable
