Job Description
- Increasing the profit margin of company.
- New Customer development / developing new markets. Increase market share.
- Organizing exhibitions and special sales promotion events and Promotional strategy – Innovative promotional techniques.
- All customer update plan is updated and sent to customers accurate and on time
- Customer Complaints (related to Sales activities)
- Tender documents are accurate as per the RFP instructions, and sending the Bid on time.
- Contracts & Amendments should be prepared according to what agreed with the customer and sent to the customer on time agreed for signature
- Contracts Filing and updating client’s database
- Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to prospective customers.
- Visit potential customers for new business
- Provide customers with quotations
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
- Represent the company at exhibitions and events
- Identify new markets and business opportunities
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Director and Country President
- Attend all management meetings and taking minutes to be sent to all parties after 24 hours
- Type’s all letters, memos and Correspondences and other related documents
Job Requirements
- BSc. Commerce.
- From 3 – 5 years experience in same level.
- Preferred sales back ground with Security services companies.
- Excellent MS office.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent communication skills.
