About The Job:
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services.
- Follow up with incoming leads and advise and direct them to the best suitable opportunity that will meet their needs.
- Prepare and present deal proposals with recommendations to convince clients and secure the deal.
- Monitor the property market to generate new and up for resale properties.
- Advise clients with recommendations and opportunities on appropriate investments.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements :
- A graduate of any major.
- At least 6 month experience in real estate brokerage field
- Excellent English level both written and spoken.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
- Pleasant and trustworthy.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Having a car is preferable.
