Job Description
- Provide secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations main activities:
- Types agendas for meetings
- Attends, records and transcribes minutes of all Meetings
- Transcribes formats, inputs, edits, retrieves, copies and transmits correspondence, documents, data and graphics
- Maintaining and updating the company's Database
- Word processes all manuscripts, letters, documents and proposals
- Compiles and maintain an up to date telephone directory of numbers and addresses
- Files all correspondence
- Updates the bulletin board by posting and removal of outdated materials
- Ensures the Administrative Offices, Reception Area and other rooms are kept clean and organized
- Provide receptionist services main activities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner
- Answer phones in a courteous manner
- Record messages accurately
- Direct calls and respond to inquiries
- Perform other related duties as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder in Commerce
- 1 – 3 years of experience in the same position or field
- Excellent computer skills, organized, fast learner, a can do attitude
- Excellent command in English Language
- Punctual, discipline, hard worker
- Good knowledge with Online Marketing
- Detail oriented, ability to show initiative and take responsibility
- Effective time management skills
- Enhanced verbal and interpersonal communications skills
