Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to maintain and grow the sales pipeline.
- Develop technical solutions to meet customer business needs.
- Communicate requirements for order fulfillment to sourcing and operations.
- Document competitors’ activities and assess potential market moves.
- Review and influence customer specifications to assure compliance and/or noted exceptions for development of equipment and service quotations.
- Make technical presentations to all levels of customer organization.
- Develop engineering and installation work scopes, schedules and cost estimates to facilitate total scope project offerings.
- Put together quality and timely proposal documents.
- Be responsible for technical leadership on all Field Service proposals, including identifying on-site material and labor requirements, job-site walks, customer bid reviews, specification reviews and competitive analysis.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
Job Requirements
- Strong engineering background, Mechanical or Electrical.
- Experience in POWER GENERATION .
- Preferably having a wide network in his area of specialties,
- Having the ability to increase his sales network.
- Strong Technical Background.
- Flexible; adapts to plans easily when circumstances change
- Is aware of cultural differences and adapts his/her behavior accordingly
- Builds a reputation to being the go-to person to create opportunities to win and problem solve.
- Good Communication skills.
- Dedicated and Self-motivated.
- TIME MANAGEMENT.
- Organize and present ideas effectively.
- Having a car license and owning a car (Optional).
- Good English written and spoken (VERY IMPORTANT).
- Strong Computer Skills (Excel, Word, Power Point).
