Job Description
Hitchhiker is a social network application that connects shippers and online shoppers with travelers who have empty space in their luggage to Save Money on shipping and allow travelers to utilize empty space in their luggage(earning extra cash)
We need the help of Customer support Representative to grow our community and make sure we have satisfied users who will refer our service to their friends and families.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Generate sales lead
- Support App users by answering their in App requests
- Make sure orders are delivered to our users
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
Job Requirements
- Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Logistics Experience is a plus
- Fluent English
- University Graduate
