Job Description
Main Duties:
- Preparing Offers and Sales Agreements
- Maintaining up to date client data base
- Compiling property data such as surveys and summary reports
- Communicating over the phone,by e-mail, and in person with potential buyers.
- Understanding a client's needs and wants when buying property
- Making sure all necessary paperwork and contracts are filled out and signed by buyer & the company
- Helping clients make sound financial decisions about property investments
- Sharing knowledge of the property and the geographic area surrounding it.
- Keeping up to date with real estate market trends.

- Writing down or otherwise recording relevant information about sales
- Scheduling meetings with clients
Job Requirements
- Experience as a Real estate sales agent or real estate sales person
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong Sales, negotiation & communication skills
- Presentable, pleasant & trustworthy
- Microsoft Office Familiarity
- Excellent Command of English Language
