Job Description
Main Duties:
- Handle & prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondences ( e-mail, letters, & packages)
- Greet visitors & determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
- Make & confirm all travel arrangements
- Handle all confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Maintain electronic & paper records ensuring that information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research & prepare presentations or reports as assigned
- Attend meetings in order to record minutes
Job Requirements
- Presentable female
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent Organizational & Time Management skills
- Excellent command of English Language
- Proficiency of Computer Systems ,including experience with office management systems & Microsoft Office
- Communication skills written & verbal
- Strong Organizational skills , time-management with the ability to multi-task
