Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Handle & prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondences ( e-mail, letters, & packages)
  • Greet visitors & determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
  • Make & confirm all travel arrangements
  • Handle all confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Maintain electronic & paper records ensuring that information is organized and easily accessible
  • Conduct research & prepare presentations or reports as assigned
  • Attend meetings in order to record minutes

Job Requirements

  • Presentable female
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent Organizational & Time Management skills
  • Excellent command of English Language
  • Proficiency of Computer Systems ,including experience with office management systems & Microsoft Office
  • Communication skills written & verbal
  • Strong Organizational skills , time-management with the ability to multi-task
